Cancellation policy
One-Off Purchases
Orders placed through our online store are processed automatically.
If you need to cancel or make changes, please email hello@cascadecoffee.co.nz as soon as possible.
We can cancel or amend an order only if it hasn’t yet been packed or dispatched.
Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel or recall it — but you can refer to our Return & Refund Policy if there’s an issue.
Subscriptions
If you’re a Cascade Coffee subscriber, you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your online account.
Changes made after your next order has already been processed may apply from the following delivery instead.
Discounts or promotions applied to your first subscription order may not carry over if the subscription is cancelled and restarted later.
Failed Payments or Subscription Issues
If a subscription payment fails, we’ll attempt to process it again automatically. If it continues to fail, your subscription may be placed on hold until payment is updated.
You’ll receive an email notification if this happens.
