New Zealand Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, anywhere in New Zealand — no minimum spend required.

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days once payment has been received.
Typical delivery timeframes:

• 1–3 business days for North Island addresses

• 2–4 business days for South Island addresses

• Rural deliveries may take an extra 1–2 business days

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your coffee is on its way.

Australia Shipping

We now ship to Australia.

Orders are dispatched from New Zealand within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on location.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging

Orders are packed securely to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and protected.
We’re continuing to explore more sustainable packaging options as we grow.

Delays & Issues

While we work closely with our courier partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur.
