Grown in the highlands of Popayán and decaffeinated using Colombia’s signature sugar cane process, this coffee is smooth, flavourful, and naturally sweet. The beans are gently steamed, then soaked in a natural Ethyl Acetate solution derived from sugar cane — removing caffeine without compromising taste.
Roasted in NZ and ideal for those seeking full flavour without the buzz, this is decaf done properly.
