    NZ shipping is free, we absorb all shipping into our price, so no surprises at checkout. Shipping for Australia is weight based, and there are options for either Economy or Courier shipping.

    Get in touch with us and we’ll sort it out quickly — we want you brewing without hassle.
  • How long does delivery take?
    NZ orders usually arrive in 2–4 business days. Rural addresses may take an extra day or two.
  • Do you ship across New Zealand?
    Yes! We ship NZ-wide, straight to your door.
  • Do you ship to Australia?
    Absolutely — we ship to Australia too. Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days.
  • What’s the difference between your regular pods and decaf pods?
    All our pods are single-origin specialty coffees. The only difference is that the decaf is Swiss Water® processed — no chemicals, just clean flavour.
  • Are your pods compostable or recyclable?
    Our pods are made from recyclable plastic materials can be placed in council recycling after being rinsed. Learn more here.
  • How fresh are the pods when I receive them?
    Pods are roasted and packed fresh in NZ, then sealed airtight to lock in flavour.
  • How should I store the pods?
    Keep them in a cool, dry place — no need to refrigerate.
  • Are your pods compatible with Nespresso® machines?
    Yes, all Cascade Coffee pods are Nespresso®-compatible (original line).
  • How fresh are the beans when shipped?
    We have our coffee roasted every week and ship within days, so your coffee is always fresh.
  • How long will the beans stay fresh after opening?
    For best flavour, use within 3–4 weeks of opening.
  • Can I choose the grind size for my beans?
    Definitely — options include espresso, stovetop, filter, and plunger.
  • How should I store my coffee beans?
    Keep them sealed in their bag or an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture.
  • Do you sell whole beans and ground coffee?
    Yes, you can choose either whole beans or select your preferred grind when ordering.
  • How many drip bags come in a pack?
    We offer 5-pack and 10-pack options.
  • What are coffee drip bags?
    They’re single-serve sachets filled with freshly ground coffee — just hang on a cup, pour hot water, and brew.
  • How do I brew a drip bag?
    Place the drip bag on your cup, pour hot water slowly, and enjoy café-quality coffee anywhere.
  • Are drip bags good for travel or camping?
    Yes — they’re lightweight, mess-free, and perfect for work, travel, or outdoors.
  • Do you offer coffee subscriptions?
    Yes — set and forget with flexible subscriptions, delivered to your door.
  • Do you accept bulk or business orders?

    You will need to contact us to cancel your current subscription so that you can set-up a new one with your updated preferences.

    Yes — we work with trusted partners who source directly from farmers and green bean suppliers.
  • Where is your coffee roasted?
    All our coffee is freshly roasted here in New Zealand.
  • Are your products organic?
    Our Colombia Tolima beans, drip bags and pods are organic; other coffees may vary by origin.
  • How strong is your coffee?
    We offer a range: smooth and mellow through to bold and full-bodied.
  • Why is single-origin coffee different from blends?
    Single-origin coffee comes from one region or farm, so you can taste its unique flavour profile — no mixing.
  • Can I find Cascade Coffee in stores or only online?
    We’re mainly online, but you can also find us at local farmers markets in Auckland.
