how do the subscriptions work?
first select your preferred coffee and quantity, then select your delivery frequency (weekly, fortnightly, monthly).
can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes! There’s no long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@cascadecoffee.co.nz or by text to 021 245 5868.
What happens if I'm away or don’t need coffee one week?
No worries! You can skip a delivery or adjust your delivery date whenever you need by sending us a quick email to hello@cascadecoffee.co.nz
can I have my coffee ground instead?
if you'd like ground coffee, let us know how you'd like it ground (e.g. espresso, filter, plunger) and we'll happily accommodate this. for lower frequency orders (Monthly) we do recommend whole beans for optimal freshness.
When will my coffee be delivered?
we will dispatch all orders on the nearest following business day, aiming to have your beans delivered within 1-3 business days (location dependant).
When will I be charged for my subscription?
Your first payment is charged when you subscribe. After that, you’ll be charged on the same date for each recurring cycle (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly).
Do you offer refunds for unused subscriptions?
We don’t offer refunds for orders that have already been dispatched, but if you’ve accidentally placed an order or need assistance, please contact us and we’ll help.
